Federal Way Supreme Self Storage

From my initial phone call inquiring about the storage units I was treated with kindness and respect. I was surprised at how friendly and transparent the agent on the phone was regarding pricing etc. When we went in to see our reserved unit we were welcomed with a smile and friendly service. The facility smelled good and clean. The unit was what we'd expected and we were pleased. It feels like a secure location and set-up.

Clean, modern and a good price for storage with easy access, and air conditioned units and hallways for those hot summer days. Update: When I was done with the unit, they allowed me to cancel that day, no fuss and hassle, which I appreciated.

It was..... a building with doors that lock. A place to store yer stuff. One of the two entrance gates was still broke. (After about 3 months) Then rat/mouse traps existed, however the evidence of rodents IN the units was there as well. At the price of $211 a month I personally would have expected cleaner. Soooo.... It is what it is. A place to spend money to store your stuff.
