DON’T TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGING, DESTROY THEM AND YOUR HOUSE TOO!!!!! DON’T TRUST GARY AND ANTHONY!!! From the very beginning everything was a nightmare with them, they scratched all the walls in the old apartment, they ripped up our just a few months old couches. They moved everything without taking any cautions, they even made a 3in hole in the wall in the old apartment 8ft up that we needed to repair ourselves because we had to give the keys back the next day and the company couldn’t do anything about it immediately. They also broke collectible family glasses that we can’t replace (they were my husband grandmother who died many years ago) and a bottle of whiskey of his collection, all the boxes were marked as FRAGILE but apparently it was not enough for them to be carefully with our belongings, because many of the boxes fell off in the concrete. We were moving from one apartment to another in front of each other, but somehow they figured out a way to STEAL OUR BELONGINGS AND LIED ABOUT IT IN OUR FACES even when we had videos where you can see they moved the container that we were missing with a dolly from one apartment to the other. When we called them to ask about it THEY LIED and said they don’t have anything but minutes later they called us back and like a micracle, like magic was found inside their trailer, something that doesn’t make sense because never was put inside the teailer to move it, at least they returned it after saying “they are not criminals, they are honest and they didn’t steal”. But the best part was when my husband was ready to put his firearm in his safe and HE CANNOT FIND THEM and well we obviously needed to call to police and made a report because they stolen stuff before but returning back (a lest) but something absolutely more important is still missing and the company wasn’t helpful with the police either, because they said “we don’t transport firearms”, we never asked them to take them, my husband put them away so they can moved his safe that was EMPTY, but somehow still someone figured the way to steal specifically just the unmarked box where my husband put them away, we’re not missing anything else just them. We still don’t have a response for everything they broke, all the damage, what we still missing, there is no cooperation from the company. But they are really good for charging for the “extras hours their employees worked hard”, they didn’t even finish the job because they were in a hurry to leave and well we know why, they were leaving with our belongings:) Here is a photo of Anthony returning our container full of collectible money that is really heavy but like an act of magic was inside their trailer, also is a photo where you can see Gary moving them with a Dolly directly to the other apartment so you can make your own conclusions.

Flex Moving and Storage exceeded my expectations. The entire move was handled with professionalism and care from beginning to end. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. Everything arrived safely, and the process felt organized and seamless. Kayla, the manager, was especially impressive. She stayed on top of every detail, kept me informed throughout the move, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her leadership and attentiveness really made a difference and helped take the stress out of the experience.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Flex Moving and Storage. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My move with Flex was a complete disaster from the start. One mover showed up 30 minutes late — in a car — and asked me where the trailer was, because apparently another team member who was supposed to deliver it never showed. The so-called "area manager" from Philadelphia who arrived next wasn't there to help — just to observe — but eventually stepped in when it became obvious how much of a mess things were. Even he told me multiple times, "This is so unacceptable, what a disaster." After having observed the movers drop and break multiple items. They will not send you a team capable of carrying furniture. They also did not bring any equipment. I had to provide the dollies and hand trucks. I ended up waiting four hours for the trailer to arrive. During that time, I had to play dispatcher, coordinator, and project manager — all while paying for a service I clearly wasn’t getting. Eventually, I had to hire another moving company and pay $1,500 out of pocket just to get the move completed. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOVE. Literally happened to run into guys from College H.U.N.K.S., told them what was happening and they stepped in to complete the move. All because this company had poor planning and couldn't coordinate additional trailers and the amount of damages my things had already sustained. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I filed a damage claim, Flex offered me a laughable $33 total for multiple broken items — including $0 for the most expensive piece, a hutch, because they hide behind a clause excluding “composite wood.” And they had the nerve to offer me only a partial labor refund of $210, despite the fact that their team left the job unfinished and I had to hire someone else to clean up the mess. Flex’s policies feel like legal loopholes designed to dodge any real responsibility, and their customer service — while polite — failed to deliver any meaningful accountability. I gave them multiple chances to make this right, and they chose to stand behind a policy rather than behind their customers. Avoid this company at all costs. Spend a little more elsewhere and save yourself the stress, damage, and unreimbursed expenses. UPDATE: Still no resolution to my claims and be wary of the "good" reviews. They reach out to customers and offer money in exchange for an updated review that says, "they reached out to you on your issue".
