Joseph was incredible. We had a unique situation with having a pod drop off and he handled it so good and took care of our every need. Well maintained storage unit with great access. 10/10!!

This is my second 1 star review. This place auctioned off my stuff over 3 months ago and owes me money I've yet to see. I've called several times. And I've been told it's processing, it's been sent, it's been sent to the correct address and now all of a sudden it's processing again. I've been waiting for months.. but when u or I owe them. U get hit with late fee after late fee. This million dollar company is screwing with my money. I guess I have to call the BBB. Carol is no longer there. She was great, very helpful and would do anything she could to help. But I believe her hands were tied by the shitty management above her.. as she was told. This is a business not a charity. After being a good paying customer there for close to 9 years. I hope she finds a better place to work.

Carol is such a fun & amazingly talented lady, with a true Boston heart of gold, who makes renting or returning a PENSKE truck an enjoyable experience. We will Always return to her for moving & storage because of her WONDERFUL Customer Service 😉
