First of all Jim was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and so helpful (assisted me with the hookup). The process was seamless and easy as it could be. Thank you Freedom, if I ever come back to Carlisle I’ll find a reason to need a U-Haul:)

Great experience with my first rental unit! Even had an issue with the air conditioner that went through my unit and the owner needed me to move units to repair, he went above and beyond to make it right! Will definitely rent again if I need another storage unit!

The owner is really helpful and nice. The units are clean, pest free, and smell better then any storage place ive used. He was even willing to give us an extra day/weekend without paying any extra because of moving dates and payment due dates were the same day! By far the best customer service experience with a storage company Ive ever had! I believe he is a veteran, even! Great experience by far :)
