UPDATE:::: So I had to change the review. I guess the business WAS truthfully changing hands, however, there was zero communication about this to me or other customers that I've spoken with which is not cool.....But, I was able to move forward with my previous plans and have had no issues!!!! Thank you GGarages! Original:::: I was supposed to be renting a unit here and kept in contact with someone at the phone number listed on the website for close to a month. I had everything worked out and ready to go to be able to move my belongings here. When it came time to rent the unit and I reached out I was given some lie about him not working there anymore and told me that the business was sold to someone else. I ask politely why all of a sudden he didn't want to rent to me and I got a smart butt answer. The man swears he don't work there anymore yet the same number and contact info is still on the website?!?! Not professional at all! Just be honest!!!

Great experience! I have rented for 1 1/2 years now. The facility is always clean and secure. Eli is very prompt and professional every time I have a question. I highly recommend giant storage to anyone!

There was apparently a change in owners sometime in the past month. I notified over a month in advance that i was going to vacate my unit before August 1st. I have been billed for August and NO ONE at all is able to give me anyone's contact information to reverse this. This is very unacceptable. I'm out $349 due to someone's negligence and lack of communication.
