You know, there are times when contrast is an important and clarifying experience. I have had storage with Public, Extra Space in Union City and Santa Cruz, as well as many throughout the Continental North American regions. I have to say that Santa Cruz has really driven home just how responsive,caring, engaging, willing to be flexible, self critical, and fair the management has been from start to finish despite some rough feeling moments. For that alone, I can go early see no other rating than a 5 star, and a request to get a color study done for a complimentary oil pastel painting for their own! The staff was friendly and chatty without getting cold, reasonable and willing to listen. Compared to Santa Cruz, I find myself actually missing them and thinking about them often lately. Le sigh. You never know when you have a diamond, but the lumps of coal are DIRTY! THANK YOU GSSD! I believe I shall send some folks your way!

This review is long overdue, but I was in need of a new storage unit, and Geovany was so incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and just went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service and storage solution to match my needs. I can’t thank you enough Geo! You’re a gem and deserve to be recognized.

The first storage room I was given the room was very dirty,I hade a full load in my truck that I had to take back with me. The second day I went I was locked out of the gate on my second load of the day for no reason. Again I had to take the load back with me again and call after hour number. The price is higher then what I would pay in other towns
