I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The whole process from move-in to accessing my unit has been smooth and stress-free. Emma truly stands out as an exceptional employee. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the start. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. Her customer service is top-notch and made a big difference in my overall experience. It’s rare to find such genuine, attentive service these days. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to store their belongings!

Emma and the crew were so helpful and we were happy they had a unit available right away. A bonus too, was we were able to rent a U-Haul at Glacier Storage also so it was awesome to have a “one stop” shopping. The facility is clean and units have lighting so we were able to get right to work hauling our belongings to our unit. So glad Emma showed me the size of the one I thought I would need ….realized I needed the bigger unit!! Happy to have worked with them !
