If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to pay rent in Manhattan without actually living in Manhattan, look no further - this storage facility has MASTERED the art of raising prices for absolutely no reason. I have two units here. One began at $90 and magically — through what I can only assume is wizardry - became $180. The other? Went from $112 to $135 without so much as a fresh coat of paint or a new lightbulb to justify it. No renovations. No upgrades. No added value. Just vibes… and invoices. Every few months, I get another cheery email announcing a new rent hike “to meet operational costs,” which is interesting because I haven’t seen a single operational improvement. Unless the operation is to see how high the rent can go before customers riot. At this point, I’m convinced my storage units are secretly investing in themselves, because someone is getting rich — and it sure isn’t me. If you enjoy unpredictable pricing, zero transparency, and the thrilling sensation of being financially jump-scared every month, this place is perfect. Otherwise, run.

Hallway smells like human urine, and I think someone is living in the units -maybe that is why. From the beginning this site has been mismanaged. Now there is only virtual property managers and they rarely know anything - you still must go to the office, and talk to them on webcam to even get someone. I have storage units at multiple buildings and this is by far the most expensive at 375 ( started at 135 if it tells you anything ) a month for a 10x10 just after 90 days of being there. They're charging me full 10x30 prices ( triple the size ). I've yet to have a good experience here. Unless you want to smell people living in the units, and smelling like urine, please go somewhere else. On top of this, technically they never even got a lease signed, this place is a problem.

This facility wrongly reported me to a storage auction company for not cleaning out a unit on time. Even after calling them multiple times to clear this up, having written proof, and them telling me they will contact the manager as well as the auction company, they have still not cleared my name. Not to mention the abundance of rat and mouse dropping that I and other auction buyers have found in their facilities units. Be careful renting or buying storage auctions from this location.
