Godfrey Storage

I have been a customer of Godfrey Storage for over 3 years and have always paid my rent in 3-month increments. Despite this, I’ve been charged late fees, locked out of my unit without cause, had my unit broken into and faced other ongoing issues. Each time I raised concerns, I received only generic responses with no real effort to resolve the problems. After years of loyalty, this is extremely disappointing. I will be moving out and cannot recommend this business. The lady that runs it is rude and unorganized at best. There's alot of other storage options in the area I would choose them and save yourself the worries and headaches.

Very pleased with the service! I kept my boat stored in a locked lot separate from the storage area. I felt very secure, and the location was very conveniently located on my way to the river. Plenty of room to maneuver around to position a 22’ boat in a 10’ slot. Payment was fairly easy - Just drop an old school check in the drop box every month. A card payment system is the only improvement that I can think that would make things more convenient. Bottom line - I would recommend this business and will likely use them again in the future.

I love the people that run this place. I needed a larger unit, and I told them, to my surprise, she remembered and called me. Service oriented companies will always get my business
