Rented two units from Great Lakes Storage for several years. Both units had water issues. B28 had major water leaks during time rented and B30 had minor. Kate the manager did resolve the complaint however was always rude when calling regarding water leaking from roof despite showing her several times the inside of the unit. The facility was secure and easy to get in and out of. I have been sent 4 emails to leave a follow up review and this is my honest opinion.

Great Lakes Storage made it so easy for me to move across state and have a place for my stuff. From the first phone call to the last email from Kate everyone was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
