Very disappointed. Had trouble with fire ants both inside and outside my unit. Now I can't even get in due to flooding. My rent jumped from $39 to $61. Spoke to Tiara from the call center who was extremely rude and sarcastic. Not great for business and the manager is never there when I go during the day. Hope my stuff isn't all wet 😔

Extremely nice management, storage unit was safe, secure, clean and the prices are the best in the area. I love that the premises are fenced and gated. Getting my storage unit set up was easily done online. I would definitely recommend Gulf Coast Self Storage to everyone.

New owners, terrible experience. No upkeep of grounds and prices continue to go up. Deep sink holes throughout drive lanes and getting deeper for failure of upkeep. Would not recommend. 😕
