The staff are helpful, informative and professional. They took great care of my belongings. After I cleaned my storage and removed my belongings, Nora was quick to expedite my down payment refund. Thanks to Nora, Pon and all the staff.

They haven't changed much since the previous review that is posted. I've been here a while and there is one nice woman that works the counter and she's great, the rest of them are extremely rude. Anything you ask for pretty much they can't help you with and treat you as if you ate their lunch.

We rented a unit for my folks a few months back. Service was exceptional. Unit was large and remained relatively cool. We will definitely use this storage facility in the future!
