I sored my belongings at hammond lock storage since 2018. I don't live in the area so didn't go very often. I finally had help getting all my belongings out. I had more then a 50% loss because the rats ate everything I owned and what they couldn't shred up they urinated and defecated all over everything. Hammond lock storage told me it was my fault because I should have known to go there and put out rat poison. Which was never told to me when I rented the storage, When I opened my storage 2 rats ran out. Also had multiple dead rats amongst my belongings. Smh and didn't offer me anything for my loss. Stated if I didn't get everything cleaned out (my destroyed belongings) they would keep charging me and if I didn't pay, Put it on my credit. I spent over 9000.00 and lost everything thet wasn't wood. Buyer beware...
