Great facility. Everything is controlled by an app on your phone. The A/C is cold and served well during these summer months. The only drawback is that you don't have access after 10 PM. At least I didn't with the unit I selected. If you need storage don't hesitate to apply now!

Terrific service and attention to our needs for my son at SLU. We were in a bind moving him from one place to another. Carl was so helpful and took extra time and care to get us set up with a unit quickly. We received 2 months free and did not have any issues moving in or out, as well as 24 hours access to the unit. Highly recommend!

If possible avoid this place entirely. We had drove past and saw that they were doing a move in special with 2 months free rent and had 24 hour access. As a result of that, plus some personal circumstances, we went home and created an account and already rented a unit like it says is possible online. We then loaded stuff into our car and tried to access the unit at 3 AM and tried to access the unit to put stuff in. However, we were denied saying storage access is from 6 am to 10 pm. Lo and behold, we called the customer support number, and even though I have a confirmation number and access code, "Horatio" could not show that I have an account with them. He then also stated that 24 hour access costs extra even though nowhere on the signs does it state this. In addition, they charged my card for the rent even though it was supposed to be free for the 2 months per the promotion and was supposed to be on file for after the 2 months. In summary, 3 lies for the price of 1. 1. Not 24 hour access unless you pay extra 2. Not 2 months free, had bank debited 3. Horatio said that they were open "for quite a while" even though the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce shows that they were only open for not even a full month. Currently as of June 9, they have only been open for exactly 1 month. Edit: June 18: They have went above and beyond to correct any mistakes and have taken all steps to improve relations with me.
