Ernie is an exceptional manager. He made my husband and I feel like we were part of his family and was very accommodating to our needs. He showed us the size unit we wanted to rent, what the cost would be, instructions for using the storage facility, set up an account and a payment plan, and sold us a pad lock to secure the unit we rented within a time frame of about 30 minutes. Ernie's personality and friendliness is an attribute to being a great business manager. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and security at this Storage Boss facility.

Climate control units are spacious and in great condition also!
