Handy Lock Self Storage

Barbie is the absolute best when it comes to everything. I have had a storage unit here for a little over 2 years, and they have treated me like family. Highly recommend to anyone, and it is a very nice facility as well.

Great storage facility in Pensacola. The costs were reasonable, not overpriced like so many climate controlled storage places. The temperature was always a decent temperature. I moved to Handy Lock because storage place on North Davis I had been using claimed to be climate controlled, but in the summer, my inside unit would be over 90° at times or hotter. I could've just been paying for regular storage for that. But Handy Lock Self Storage kept their word, were always clean and so pleasant to deal with.

I had a problem with my lock on my storage unit. Yet I only had a short amount of time to solve the problem. Seeing my severe situation, Barbie went above and beyond to help me. Not only that she solved the issue in record time. Barbie is a friendly, dedicated professional and knows all aspects of her business. Job Well Done! Tanya Ponder
