Handy Storage Dania Beach

I’ve been a tenant here for over 4 years, and unfortunately my experience with the property manager, Tyesha, has been very disappointing. She has provided misleading information and shown very poor customer service. Having worked in customer service myself, I know the importance of professionalism and respect, and sadly, this has not been my experience with her. Because of the way management is handled, I feel very uncomfortable dealing with her. I truly believe the company should hire qualified individuals who can properly assist tenants and maintain a positive environment. This property has potential, but the management needs serious improvement.

I have been shopping for 2 days for a while clean place was important but customer service one me. Manger who helped me was Taihesha. Looking forward to moving in......recommend
