Hawai'i Self Storage - Pearl City

This is the kind of place that makes you consider being selfish. Yes the overall experience is so good you consider not telling anyone for fear of messing up a good thing! The facility is clean, quiet, I always feel safe. Both the staff and the customers have been nothing but nice and courteous. Liz is a customer service allstar as stated in other reviews (give that lady a raise) plus, as the cherry on top, the facility is state of the art with phone app control for the gate and elevator! I have no complaints! 10/10 recommend!

Liz and the gang out in Pearl City are awesome! They are so efficient, and I love that I'm able to pay online. It's such a time saver for us. They remember our names! Those girls in the office are so friendly. I love going to my storage unit just because I see them!

5 Stars well-earned. From the facility being secure to the fantastic customer service, the chore of moving things in and out of storage becomes so much better - largely because of the wahine in the front office. Liz and Cierra treated us (complete strangers) like ohana. Both ladies have assisted us with all of our needs, helping us find another available unit or change unit sizes when needed. The place is immaculate and the climate control makes it not only comfortable for working, but also keeps personal items from deteriorating in the salt humid air. Highly recommend.
