The facility is fenced in for added security and can be accessed 24 hrs a day. Pin code to open gate and gain access. Employees are very friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and will work with you as much as they can if u get behind on payments. The place is always well maintain and clean. If u need a place to store your stuff I recommend going here.

Ended up not needing it long term, but was readily accessible and secure.

I feel safe and confident storing my belongings at this facility. I've had a storage shed here since they practically opened. The pricing is reasonable and competitive. There is a secure, heavy, large gate that you have to use a pin to get in. My storage shed is in the climate controlled part and the temperature seems perfect every time I go there. There are two different kinds of carts available to use (at least for climate controlled area) to unload/pickup your belongings. The only issue I have experienced is that sometimes the motion sensor lighting doesn't come the moment you pass. It comes on, but just a little delayed. I always bring a flash light just in case, but I also have night blindness. I haven't experienced this in some time though. The manager, Michelle, is awesome. She has always been helpful and friendly with any questions I have had. The only problem one may experience is that they often have a waiting list...so it may take a little bit of time before a unit becomes available. However, they do have multiple sites, so if one is willing to travel a few extra miles, they may have more luck getting a unit.
