Heritage Self Storage Madera with FREE Truck Use & 24 Hour Access

I needed a storage unit big enough to fit my home while we wait for our new house to be built. Not only did heritage provide that for us by helping with a 10 x 30 unit. They have a complementary moving truck that eased the financial worry. Marlene was awesome And helped a bunch.

Horrible company . Super high prices that go up every year . Lock out policies if your a few days behind. Employee was not there during their business hours so called to make payment so I can access the unit . Even though there staff was not there they wanted to charge me 10 bucks to pay by phone . On top of the nearly 300 bucks im now paying . If your gonna charge so much maybe stop looking to gouge a long time customer instead of helping. You guys dont even have a public restroom . I cant recommend this place and encourage all to rent elsewhere . I regret coming here ,now I got to move a ton of stuff now because this company is all about greed instead of serving customers . Thankfully there are several better options in Madera .

The facility is very clean and very well maintained. Staff is so polite and helpful. Made the process of moving so much easier than anticipated. Much appreciated. Yes they have a truck available. They also have a donation area.
