Heritage Self Storage Whitmore with 24-Hour Access & Clean Drive-Up Units

Animal lovers. DO NOT store your belongings here. Been a customer for about 6 months. Just recently we had a couple of pigeons move into the hall where our unit is. Obviously trying to keep warm and out of the elements. I didn't complain to the managers at all. Not even ONCE. Cause I am A FIRM BELIEVER that we (humans) intrude on their habitats. Well, one night when I visited the unit. (See photos) I noticed there was screen put up where they were nested. And silicone ran all down the electrical conduit. This is when I noticed the birds walking around the facility. Why where they walking. Because they couldn't fly from having silicone stuck to their wings and feet. This aggravated me. So I covered up the silicone and took down the screen. The next day when I went to visit my unit. My access was suspended. Mind you I just paid the bill for the month. I follow a car in. Cause this is where I keep my work supplies. And there was a red lock on my unit with an envelope. These people said that I had till the 15th to move out. No explanation why, no terms were stated that I violated. Humm, isn't there an arbitration agreement? (FYI) That works both ways HERITAGE. The letter said that they had the right to cancel contract at any time. Now they are trying to keep the enitre months rent. Looking for a lawyer now. See photos of bird feathers on conduit.

Honestly, I love this storage because of the 24 hr access, but unfortunately gave only 3 stars because of my last payment being only 4 mins late, they charged me another 25$! Not only that, but the previous month, i went to make my payment personally 3x and all 3 times there was a note on the door saying they would be back in 15-45 mins during business hours and still charged me a late fee at no fault of my own and having to come from out of town was a total inconvenience.

Heritage Storage Always Goes Above And Beyond!! Their Customer service is Exceptional! The Easter Event Was Absolutely Outstanding! Would Refer to my family and Friends and use in the Future As Well!
