Worst place! Bad customer service. Rude people that work here. And they like to lie and up charge, even though you pay always adding late fees, even though you’re never late

Leaving my honest review here of this place. Owner does not live anywhere near so don’t expect your storage unit to be so secured in a bad area of Victorville. (Owner) Esther: is very rude! She micromanages her employees, you literally cannot say anything while on camera because she’s listening. She has a weird thing about hiring Male employees, she will hire one male employee throughout the year to prevent lawsuit or discrimination but she’s weird about Male employees, she will hire only woman and give the woman all the hours and try to keep one male for three months to work only Sundays. Owner is very cheap, if you find rat droppings in your unit don’t expect her or staff to do anything about it, Esther is one of the worst owners to work for! Place needs to be sold to an owner that can Care for its facility and units as people in the community trust in this storage place. However there are many other very good storage places in town.

I've had a storage unit at Hi-Tech Self Storage for the last couple of years. When I come to this storage facility, I know that they really care about how clean, secure and maintained the facility is. I have been to several other storage facilities throughout the years and I believe that Hi Tech Self Storage is one of the most secure, clean and well cared for storage facility that I have seen. The staff are always courteous and professional. The management really takes pride on keeping this facility well maintained and safe. The security at this facility is fantastic and one of the main reasons I chose to use them.
