The people that run this place are awesome. They’re friendly as can be. They’re fair with their prices.I’ve never had a problem here.

Someone tried to sell me a storage unit but when I got there it wasn’t the same one on the picture

The people are very nice. The problem that I have is: I work 5 am to 5pm Mon-Sat. My gate code has worked 1 time in 4 months. The gate has been "getting fixed" since I became a tenant. I never have access, due to my hours, and when I do get here, should the gate be working prorperly, my code is removed from the system, due to "non payment". Granted, I haven't been able to make it by there when a live body is actually present, to make my cash payment, because you can't pay by credit or debit card EVER, but you can drop your CASH, in an envelope (if I could only get thru the gate to get the payment into the "payment slot" As I have stated, the folks that run the place are wonderful, but availability is definitely lacking. It's 2016, I'm not struggling for the $130 rent that is more than reasonable for the space that I have rented, I truly want to pay my rent, but I'm given 1800's era, primitive payment options, that today's society just won't even close to 5% of the time accommodate. I'm asking for help in getting my rent paid, and here is the kicker, I don't need the money to get it paid. Just be more modern in accommodating.
