Rented a unit for a month (February) and wasn’t able to get everything out until the first day of March after I’d been charged. I emailed to see if I could get any of the money back since I only had it for one day out of the month of March and they were so nice they refunded the entire charge for March! Definitely recommend. Easiest online experience and fast customer service.
