Hwy 221 Storage

It's a nice new place, but BECAREFUL storing your belongings at this place. We had our furniture and clothing damage to due water and mold. When it rained, water got inside our unit and damaged everything that was standing on the floor. insurance they offer doesn't cover water damage. Facility/Storage management technically said it's not their problem. Insurance paid $500 flat, which didn't even cover the cost of a mattress. We had our things store there for about 4 months only.

From start to finish the ladies in the office for very helpful. I requested a unit inside, close to the entry door. They searched until they found exactly what i wanted. They got me set up with auto pay, and the awesome feature most storage places dont have which is the keyless entry. Makes things easier not having to enter a code multiple times to gain access. I highly recommend. Great staff, security cameras covering everything

Been renting for 2 years, always paid on time! First time it was late charged TWO LATE FEES … way to treat a long term client… now watch how fast i get my stuff out ! Hope the two late fees was worth losing a long term client LMAO
