Had a really, really, really good experience coming here to rent out a unit, especially getting help from Lisa Austria. She was very polite and very professional. She deserves to get a big raise for all the information she was able to help me out with. I just paid to rent a unit right now but If I could I would cancel my contract and go back to re-apply for the same unit just to get help and hear all the information from Lisa again. If anyone is looking for a storage place to put your things in and want professional service, this is the place to put it at 👇🏻 Also I like the color of those nails 😏

I had an incredible experience working with Lisa, the manager she went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly and made sure all my needs were met with exceptional professionalism her attention to detail, quick responses and positive attitude truly set her apart. It’s clear that she cares about her team and customers I highly recommend this place and give Lisa a five star rating and I’m so grateful for her. Excellent service provided. I got an amazing value for my money high-quality at a reasonable price definitely worth every penny from start to finish everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I felt confident in her expertise since storing with them if I’ve ever had an issue, it’s been immediately addressed. I really appreciate her commitment to customer satisfaction not to mention that booking the appointment was easy their online system was user-friendly. I trust this business completely. They’ve earned my loyalty and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And did I forget to mention this place doesn’t increase rates every three months like everyone else does I haven’t received a rate increase in two years.!!!!!

Not worth the money, dirty and workers are rude. Also I had it all paid for in advance and the cancelation day was set, but of course they charged me for another month and we were already moved out and did our part. Terrible service and now I have to waste my time to get my money back.
