IN Self Storage - Waterman

I have been a customer of Self-In Storage for the past two years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The pricing is fair and competitive, the facility offers convenient and easy access, and the staff are always kind, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend Self-In Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed, and customer-focused storage facility.

After I left a review and called the manager telling him I left a review about my experience only to have him threaten me with calling the police. He claimed I threaten him because I left a bad review! He lied about me calling from multiple numbers and lied again that he had spoken to me prior ( read below) What type of response is this to a customer? Really this Honest Person? I would not recommend them. Thx god for voice recordings and not to mention the personal attack by their rep …not a very professional response. Obviously not a customer centric focused business.. Here the story - Been a customer for a while and service was pretty good. I recently had dispute with a late fee which no one called me back. The ladies were very nice but this new person Peter who was really rude and obnoxious. So I get a call as usually to make a payment which I appreciate. So far so good. I have their rep named Peter call me which is fine. I agreed to the payment but in the process asked if I was being charged the late fee because I have a dispute. During that time he went ahead a charged my card with the late fee. I explained that there was a dispute and regardless he charged my card. Then Peter who I never spoken to say d claimed he had spoken to me prior. A complete lie. After a couple of calls he admitted he never spoke to me. Do you want to do business with people like that…lie? Then I asked to speak to a manager which he would not allow and had to listen to his elevated voice which was very disrespectful. I had called back a couple of times (there is no where on their site to call for disputes) and he still would not provide me access to speak with a manager nor provide sound customer service that would be expected. I would not recommend this company if they allow someone to lie and not be willing to allow access to a dispute at a higher level. Honestly I hold this person (Peter) accountable for the most part not company because it has been good for the most part. Before this I was very happy speaking with the ladies but Speaking with Peter who was obnoxious and very rude. Sometimes you can’t judge a business in its entirety if there is a bad Apple (Peter) !!!!

My stuff was stolen. I asked to see footage. They said no. They expect no responsibility. I have heard a lot of stories of people's units getting broken into. I wouldn't go here unless you want your stuff stolen
