Infinite Self Storage - Broad Ripple

Working with Infinite Storage was a great experience. The setup was extremely easy, the price was very fair, and working with the team there was terrific. Very flexible solutions, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I feel 1 star is being too generous. I have rented a unit at Infinite Self Storage for over the last year and in that time my unit has been broken into and robbed, I have walked in on a burglary in progress and have seen at least a dozen units suffer the same fate. Management and ownership show no care or intention of increasing security measures. I would leave my valuables in a cardboard box on the side of the road before storing them at Infinite Self Storage again. Attached is a picture of a unit that was broken into a few days ago, yet management hasn't done anything to secure the unit.

The manager of the place is amazing. Very friendly and nice customer service. It was easy to pay ! Easy access! ALWAYS CLEAN ! I HAD ZERO issues with bugs spiders etc. This place is very clean. The inside hallways are always clean as well. Im so glad i decided to rent from infinite self storage in broad ripple!
