I was impressed by the overall condition of the property. The unit's shown to us were exactly what we described obtaining. It was on the ground floor which was perfect for this 72yr old. Your representative was also clean cut, looking sharp in all black, looks professional. He was very friendly and warm. He explained everything we needed to know in order to come to an agreement. I feel confident about placing my sacred crap into your hands. So far it's been a pleasurable experience working with In Storage.

Instorage had a unit available same day and I was able to move in right away! They ran a 3mo special which was VERY beneficial as we were in a crunch with our timeline. They were patient and thorough and the process was seemless. We appreciate your assistance and look forward to a great experience during out tenure. Thanks again!
