Needed storage space at 11pm, called through the phone number and had an access to the gate in the next 10 minutes. Whoever responded to my call that night, you are a life-saver! Great experience with renting a unit.

do not store your camper here if you need consistent access to it, they will not accommodate you at all EVEN when it is told at the initial first call to store. They have a very small area for outdoor storage and sardine you in there so you cant even get inside your camper. The gate is faulty and barely works. very limited security here. maybe a camera or two. was told by Arnold, to simply go somewhere else everytime we addressed any legit concerns. the entrance is rocky and bumpy, there is garbage around the whole area. I went here because of the good reviews unfortunately we did NOT have a good experience. they also do not refund you if you leave mid month, so plan accordingly! there are ALOT of other better storage facilities, use this place as a last resort.
