Issaquah Newport Way Storage

We started using them when we moved to the area in 2018. The building has always been incredibly well looked after and clean. We never had to worry about our things in storage. That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months. We decided to move and needed to store our things before it got loaded. Ariel did everything to make this the easiest and most efficient move possible. Getting the units, dropping the units we didn't need, help getting a truck, loading and offloading by the movers etc - every single time the team made it as smooth as you can imagine. And ALWAYS with a smile. Not just brilliant professionals but great humans too.

Super clean, secure, high tech. Simply one of the nicest, best run storage facilities I've rented. Convenient location in Issaquah, I've never had any issues parking right in front of the doors. Staff here are awesome, renting and vacating were super smooth. Online payment portal was easy to use. Highly recommend if the location works for you.

Ventilated storage with restroom, very secure as your access code can go to the floor of your unit, office is just in the first floor, can provide prompt support. Free truck & dolly to use. It worths higher rent if your stuff need to be in and out several time.
