I just had the easiest experience getting a storage unit. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I was greeted by Channelle and Melissa. Channelle showed me the unit and we got the paperwork done. Channelle is so kind and sweet with her words. She exudes excellent customer service skills and proficiency in her job.

Mrs. Channelle was AMAZING! She waited on me helped with my billon questions. Had an another customer come in and helped us both! She is excellent and fabulous multitasker! Extremely grateful I stopped in today! I look forward to booking my storage unit with istorage because of Mrs. Channelle! Also, the units are spacious and temperature controlled as advertised!

Picking up today and over thought the size we needed! Thankful to Mrs. Melisa for the last minute help on the change of trucks. I hate moving and was stressing! With the ease of this office and how nice she was made my life that much better.
