I came up there, never using Istorage before and really didn't know the process. But was met by a very courteous young man named David. He was extremely helpful in helping me get everything set up and taken care of. I will definitely be using this facility again. So if you're new to the area like I was and need a good storage facility, check this place out.

iStorage provided great customer service. David Burgess was on duty and had a very positive attitude. He provided me prices/ storage size that would best fit my budget.He reassured me that my belongings would be safely stored, which gave me a peace of mind. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Business open when they want too! Hours of business online and on door doesn’t reflect good business practices!!! Called customer service. They stated 5O Ward Location was open. Drove to that location and the were closed too! Never seen a Storage place managed like this. Inconsiderate & inconvenience!
