Nice hidden unassuming location, unit did not flood or have any water run through it, gate always works and staff are very pleasant to deal with highly recommend. Emily (new manager) noticed when my unit was unlocked and emptied the day after I moved out, and notified me (I forgot to tell them I was moving out). Never had a property manager do that before, highly recommend.

I have been having an on going problem accessing my unit and everyone kept giving the run around. Then Emily answered the phone today and my prayers were answered!!! She was very helpful, and handled the situation immediately. I heard the kindness through the phone and I wanted to let the world know how nice of a person she was!! She is the best and her level of customer service was superb!!!! iStorage is ehhhhhh,, but Emily?! She is THE BEST!! (This post is giving Emily, from store 50 ward way, a 5 star review, not iStorage)

Emily, at the Ward Way location was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had during my time leasing my storage unit with you guys! Her professional attitude and charismatic personality is what every employer should strive to look for in someone. If I ever do need another storage unit, I’ll definitely be coming back to Ward Way so long as Emily is still there! Thank you for everything Emily!
