We used "Hideaway" for years to keep our "treasures" in a place. iStorage took over this company. And we are getting the same good service. We just changed the size of our storage unit. And that worked out really well.

I wanted out of a storage unit that I had been in for 10 years, that would be Public Storage. The manager double charged me, lied to me then the company raised rates far to often and for too much $. So I went looking for another storage and found one a mile down the road and met the manager (Brandt) who didn’t lie to me, was professional and offered me a fair price which I have taken. I look forward to moving into this space and probably a second one next to it if needed. I hope that istorage treats there customers fairly and I don’t have to move again. Currently I am very glad to have made the change.

Brandt, was quick, efficient, honest, and most of all courteous of my time and expectations. I appreciate all those qualities in any business transaction. Jason
