Elevator has been broken for almost a year. They claim it’ll be fixed soon but it’s a MAJOR REPAIR and ownership refuses to replace the system altogether. They refuse to provide even the slightest discount off monthly billing for this major issue. Ownership ought to look themselves in the mirror. Good luck getting in if it snows hope you brought your ice skates. Poorly maintained and horrible management. How is this fair to the people that have a storage unit in the building facing south?

Very disappointed. The location is great but the elevator has been down since November 2024!!! I got an increase in rent in May of 2025 and was told the elevator would be fixed in a month… it’s now going on 7 more months and we received an email saying it will be down for at least 4 more! When. Called to see if we were going to be compensated for the huge inconvenience I was told they don’t compensate for elevators…. I mentioned this is not a situation where they are waiting on a part and it’s going to repaired… this should be on going until it gets fixed! Forgot to mention the email sent out on 12-4 saying elevator repairs will begin soon and take a couple of months to complete… this review is written ion 2-7 repairs haven’t even started!

If you are a motorcyclist DO NOT get a unit here, the elevator is constantly out of order, so you wont be able to bring your bike out, for MONTHS we did not have a property manager, we finally get a new property manager and he goes around telling various tenants they cant park their cars in the facility for a couple of hours or they will be kicked out from their unit. Security is god awful, 7/10 the code locked gate is stuck open all day and night from it not working so anyone can drive right in and just scope out the place and see what they can steal. Things were 10x better when Sue the previous property manager ran the 747 Milwaukee location
