The worst experience I have ever had. I reserved a U-Haul months ago for my mother. It was supposed to come with 2 utility dollies. U-Haul called to confirm our appointment for pickup the day before. We get there at 4pm and nobody is there. They advertise that they are open until 6pm. The doors are locked so we called the number they put on the window several times and nobody answers. We waited for an hour unable to get hold of anyone. After getting in contact with someone from U-Haul they are finally able to contact an I storage staff member. They had been there the whole time and just locked the doors. The staff members name is Molly and as soon as she opened the door she was the most rude, disgusting and unprofessional person. She gave no apology or explanation as to why we had to wait for over an hour even though we had a reservation. When I questioned her about it she became defensive, raised her voice at both me and my mother and told us that she will refused to serve us. Even though we confirmed our reservation they also did not have the 2 Dollie’s that I reserved and didn’t even tell us. Other people were also waiting to return rentals and could not get a hold of anyone. I called another U-Haul rental location to see if they could help us. They unfortunately did not have anything available but said that this location had done this to other customers that same day and other times in the past. Do not spend your money with this unprofessional business. They do not care about you or your time. All they want is your money and do not care about the experience or service that you have. I will never rent from this location again and I will never recommend. This place is absolute nonsense.

This is a horrible storage they close early for the last two weeks around 530 but the company close at 6 that is false advertising I get off work at 5 I been in front of the store at 530 they put up a sign for 30 mins the try to walk out at 6pm do not recommend no one use this storage.False advertising can lead to a in lawsuit and there is two people working there is no excuse

Manager is rude. Screaming as to why I wad in the lobby and it's their lunch. I asked what time is your lunch? She said she wasn't going to tell me that. I arrived before 1pm. Someone got up from the desk and disappeared so they wouldn't wait on me. After waiting more than an hour and 10 minutes. I finally accessed the lobby to get my unit inspected. I was responding to the letter, that was emailed stating an inspections take place before the 17th. The letter didn't indicate lunch hours. She needs another job, or hospitality classes.
