This place is trash . Right when I told the store manager I was coming to pick up my belongings that is when Amaca informed me that she changed my locks to my storage. Why would they even go in my personal belongings. I spoke to Patrick who gave no solution to the problem only to tell me that I would have to wait 4 hours ( after someone has lunch) just to unlock my unit so I can get my belongings out. Please go elsewhere this is so unprofessional. I can’t believe this!!!! I have never experienced this before in my entire existence of life.. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I have been broken into twice in 3 days. Istorage could care less. I’ve been paying their insurance for two years and I can’t even get a call back from the corporate office about this. They do not look out for their customers, only themselves. This is the worst place you could ever possibly rent from! But it’s up to you, if you want everything stolen without consequence, rent here. They get 0 stars review from me. This place sucks!
