When I reached out to iStorage, the first person I spoke with was Brandy the Property Manager. I explained that I had never rented a storage unit and really had no idea what I was talking about. She was so nice and walked me through the process is determining what size unit I needed along with the cost and other information. I have also dealt with Jubi who is also helpful and friendly. I have been very happy with the facility, the price, and the people at iStorage and highly recommended them.

I would not recommend this place to anyone to get a storage unit here they never answer the phone they put a red lock on my unit without notifying me days 3 days before my payment is even due . On top of that we are under severe weather alert and and the weather is supposed to drop below freezing and I’m unable to access my emergency kit as well as put the rest of my belongings on here before leaving town I knocked on the door in hopes of getting a resolution before the storm comes and all they tell me is to come back tomorrow which means I miss my flight as well as have to pay for a hotel to put my belongings in this is such an inconvenience and waste of time and money why tell me to come back tomorrow when everything is supposed to closes and shut down tomorrow due to the weather when your sitting in the office and can unlock it now ! I checked out my hotel earlier as I prepared to depart now I have to check back in and miss my flight which means I loose out on money both ways I hate I ever picked this place in the first place here’s an honest review . Pick else where but please keep driving past this one cause they don’t give not one care about their customers !!! They had time to put a lock on my storage but didn’t clean the bugs that have been sitting in the same spot over a week

👍this is actually my 2nd review not sure if the 1st one counted but I haven't had any problems. Slight price increase but still pretty decent in comparison. Hey so do I gotta call the office to get the credit o que pasa
