My son has a storage unit here and his unit has had his locks changed and stuff stolen out of his unit on 2 separate occasions and the locks that they were replaced with came from the storage facility. They never asked for ID or anything. The first time she just came and cut the lock off and gave me a new one. The second time they tried to cut the lock off without asking for any ID yet again making me think that this is how the locks keep getting changed. They would not cut the lock off the second time and started yelling and cursing at us. This is not acceptable!!!

I am extremely pleased with their service. I had a bad experience here a few years ago but gave it another try last year and i gotta say they have improved 100percent . Libby has been helpful toward me so much that i would only go to the office when shes working. But yesterday Michelle was working and she went out of her way to help me with everything i needed. Im very thankful for them because this is the first time in my life i like my Storage company. Thank you so much Michelle for your help yesterday. I will be recommending your service.
