All my stuff is ruined. I keep building materials and tools in my unit there is rat feces and rat urine on everything and they had the audacity to give us a rate increase more pictures to come. Picture frames, pictures, chairs nice beach chairs covered in rat poop.

Do NOT rent a unit here. Being a military family, we move often and utilize storage facilities for things we want to keep but don’t have the room for, in ALL of my years of using various storage facilities this is the first time we have ever experience rodent dropping all over our stuff. Disgusting, and highly dangerous for anyone with compromised immune systems. You would think that with the multiple rate increases those funds would be used for pest control.

No Joke been having trouble with my locks with my current move, but ran into Rhonda and she was the most helpful she literally went above and beyond and was able to get me exactly what i needed! Extraordinary customer service that you dont see nowadays! Thank you Rhonda!
