I would strongly advise anyone considering this iStorage location to compare prices before signing a lease. The rates here are nearly double at $316 for a 10x20 vs what a competitor just four miles away charges at $150.50, and they increase pricing year after year which resulted in me leaving cause who in their right mind will be scammed $316 for a 10x20 unit after 8 years! What makes this worse is the condition of the property. The driveways have massive craters and feel unsafe. The fencing around the facility is falling apart. In eight years, the only noticeable “upgrade” has been replacing the entry gate and spray-painting the buildings and the overspray now causes many of the unit doors to stick when opening. Meanwhile, customers continue to face annual rate hikes while the property remains in visibly poor condition. When concerns are raised with corporate, the response feels dismissive and retaliatory rather than solution oriented admiring they are highest in area and not having a issue with customer leaving cause they are expensive while the competitor has 100% cleaner code violation free property with taller 10x20 units at half the price! . To be clear, the local office manager has always been professional and helpful this is not a reflection on her. The issue appears to be corporate leadership prioritizing rate increases, Shareholder profits over maintaining a safe and properly maintained facility. There are competitors nearby charging significantly less for comparable units. Do your research before committing here and stay away!!!

It was clear she was a person that enjoyed her job and took pride in helping people. The facility itself was spotless. The units, and the lobby area was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the management takes pride in keeping the property in top condition. I also appreciated how organized everything was—it made moving my items in quick and easy. Security and accessibility were also impressive. I felt confident that my belongings would be safe, and the convenient access hours made it simple to stop by whenever I needed to. Overall, this storage facility stands out for its outstanding customer service and immaculate environment. If you’re looking for a clean, secure place with a team that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend renting here.

I had my storage unit since June. Just recently moved this past Friday. We went to go get our stuff out of the storage unit to take to our new house, and my king size bed, recliner chair and 75% of my bags were torn through by rats. My two couches were soaked with rat urine and rat feces. Lost half of my belongings in there. Asked the store lady for a number to her boss or a higher up and was told she couldn’t give me the number. I lost almost 10k in stuff and the stupid insurance claim is only up to $5k. I will be finding the owner and reaching out. There should be some compensation for wasting over $700 the past 6 1/2 months!!! Not be told they can’t give me a number.
