Just drove up to get some stuff out of storage after being away a while. I'm paying for access controlled, climate controlled storage, but the main gate was wide open, and the main doors were wide open and I just drove right in without entering a code. Asked the guys at the front desk what the deal was, they said they were both broken and shrugged. No communication from them that this had happened, meanwhile they keep jacking up my monthly rate. If you value safety and security, best look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a storage unit please look somewhere else. One of the worst storage places around. They will auction off your items without no notification, no phone call, nothing. And they continue to raise the prices month after month.. Their a corporate business. So, do not give them any business! Plenty other storage places that think about the customer first.

Been waiting since 9am for someone to open the office. Called twice talked to customer service to try and get in touch with anyone and no results. Disappointed!! Have more cars also waiting
