Such an easy way to rent a storage unit! Had a small issue arise over weekend that involved the unit they originally assigned to us had a lock but when I called after hours customer service they were able to relocate me to a new unit! That was really unexpected and saved us the headache of figuring out what to do if they weren’t able to offer any options! Thank you! We were extremely grateful! Also IStorage location is a very nice complex - units and overall business grounds are very clean and well kept!

Zero issues with the facility while there. The manager, Alan Martin, is a great guy. Friendly, helpful and very fair when I canceled.

Do not rent from the 34th St S, St Petersburg location. We stored items while remodeling Helene damage so didn't go to often until recently to begin moving things back. 1) discovered ceiling leak that damaged property, only response "you didn't buy insurance". How would insurance help if it was important documents or memorabilia. They took no action regarding leak. 2) door code more often than not didn't work and had to call cooperate office, other renters had issues too. 3) hours on door said close at 5:30. There at 5, door locked. Knocked for person inside and told he was doing close up paperwork so couldn't help. Edit. I appreciate the response but why would I bother calling? I talked to the one employee in-person, showed pics and video and took him to the unit. This was a man with English accent that said I should have gotten insurance. I also spoke over the phone to another employee several weeks later. Both told me they would provide the information to their superiors. Nothing happened.
