I needed a storage unit. No one is open when I get out of work. I was able to rent my unit online. Everything went smoothly. I received a welcome call but I was not able to take the call. I called the follow day. Crystal was the manager on duty. She was amazing. I need to get a special lock for my unit. I was able to purchase over the phone and she then put it in my locker in case she was at lunch when I came. The unit is very clean. She was very welcoming. It was so refreshing to find a company that still believes in good polite customer service. Thank you crystal for making my move in easy and stress free.

Nothing but good experiences here, the woman in the office are always available and nice! Huge shout out to Crystal for going out of her way to give my car a jump when my battery died. Definitely recommend this place and prices are good.

Crystal is awesome! She showed us our storage unit. Helped us with setup our registration. Made sure we understood how to lock the door. Gave us pricing for outdoor storage space for vehicles. Excellent customer service 😊
