Best experience ive ever had in the storage world. Great service. Very reasonable and reliable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Options vary on unit sizes. All around great!

When looking or a space, I found several storage locations near me as they are on every corner like convenience stores and liquor stores. I went with it as it was one of the closest all though slightly higher than some others. With in first month they increased over 25% of monthly rent after ONE month. HOW ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I called and they stated it was in agreement that they could increase at any time. "Yes, thank you, I can read". HOWEVER WHO THE HECK upcharges a quarter of your monthly rent in one month?!?!?! They proceeded to tell me it is due to high demand? Welpppp how is that a thing and even if it was when they are building nothing BUT storage facilities on every corner. Get it together. From someone who manages for a multi location business, with over 160 branches across the country, I promise that is not how one does business. Very sad, will be moving things out once done traveling for work. Shame on you

I rent the unit B59, been there for several months. I'm also there almost daily and this is the first storage facility that I have rented where the front gate AIWAYS works, there was one time it didn't but it was 1hr before closing so no employees were available and i Really needed to get to my unit as im aIways needing somthing from it as i buy and sell/fix things so i helped the guy out and ended up being hit big oI fat fingers smashed the button to where it stuck, anyways i Iove the young Iadies that work there they are very sweet but stern if they need to be IoI. They work harder than some grown men i have worked with. The man, i believe his name might be Lou is great to! Very cIean facility with no junk Iaying around, good Iighting, and even comes with a small Iake with a abundance of sweet IittIe ducks. Best storage HANDS DOWN. Thank you for running a great safe facility
