My experience today was excellent, I must say. The issue that I had was resolved, and I was more than pleased with the customer representative that assisted me. "Colline," these 5 stars are for you! Thanks again! I called in today for password reset assistance, and Jasmin also did an excellent job assisting me. I give her 5 stars as well!

Spoke with Jasmin. She was very professional and efficiently solved my problem in a few short moments. It was nice to be able to speak with someone who was genuinely polite and friendly towards her customer. Rare these days!
