Jackson Storage Solutions

I have been with Jackson storage about 5 years now and I wouldn’t want to trust my treasures with anyone else. They have been so nice to us. Their facility is safe. I never fear going there no matter what time of day or night. When we wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit, they accommodated and moved us directly across from our previous unit and the move was so easy for us. No putting our stuff in a vehicle first, just walking across the parking lot. I’m so grateful to have found such nice people to deal with and have such nice units.

You suck! I'm from out of town rented a climate controlled unit Friday morning. It's Saturday morning at 10AM and I still can't move my stuff! Apparently you didn't send me a code for the key pad. No return calls, texts, or email. But you sure charged my credit card! Your customer service is nonexistent tooYour office hours are nonexistent. No one has been there since Friday morning! This has been a terrible experience for me and my family!

Christi was so gracious and kind and helpful to us. In November of 23 we lost our son. He was living with us when he died so we had all his possessions. I called Christi and asked for her help and she never left my side through the process. I will never forget her and her kind loving actions. Thank you.
