Jefferson Mini-Storage / Texarkana Shipping Center

First off I want to start off by saying I’ve was with the company for three years and during that time they worked with me which I appreciate that. But after today I will never go to them or any storage building business ever again and I will never recommend to anyone for as long as a live. The last time I got a notice of my pass due balance was February 18 that was the last update I got before they sold all my stuff in March they didn’t even send me a notice. My whole life was in that storage my kids as well my childhood stuff, my high school deploma EVERYTHING smh I am devastated I just got a home this month and was going to come get my things to hear this new really hurt me. I will never work with this Jefferson storage EVER AGAIN.

It was so easy to rent a storage building here. I was able to reserve a storage slot, pay for it, and start moving items in within 15 minutes. They are well maintained, and I feel safe dropping my belongings here. Was also lucky enough to catch a move in special.

Great storage place. A little bit more expensive than others but worth it. Clean and secure. I live on the Texas side but I don't worry about my things. Helpful staff too
