Awesome experience! Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The facility offers convenient carts to help move your belongings, which made the process even easier. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, especially since this was our first time using a storage unit and we had many questions. The pricing was very affordable, and overall the experience exceeded our expectations. 10 out of 10—if we ever move again, we will definitely use this company again.

Rented a unit for a little over two years. A great place for your storage needs. The ladies I’ve dealt with in both the Joshua and Burleson offices are friendly and professional. I will definitely come back if I have a need for a storage unit!

When our landlord unexpectedly sold our home we needed a storage unit immediately. We were here with Jousha Self Storage for the last 4 years. The place is well kept and always clean. I was not a fan of Lisa at the front desk. Our personalities just vibe i guess. Renee Leader though! She has been an absolute God send. These last four years have been a really tough chapter in our lives and this woman was such a sparkle of light on so many days. She has always gone above and beyond to work w me on payment, encourage me and oh so kind. What a pure blessing on the journey she has been! Thankful to be closing this chapter, but I'll certainly always remember the goodness Renee shared with me throughout ❤️
